This class flows through dynamic mat sequences before transitioning to the Yoga Wall, using props for inversions, alignment, and deeper poses. Relieve back and neck tension, decompress the spine, and realign the pelvis for an amazing experience. Build strength, stamina, and flexibility while deepening the mind-body connection. All levels welcome!

Rejuvenate, unwind, and replenish as we engage in movement, mindful breathing, and foster a supportive community with fellow expectant moms! Experience relief from common pregnancy discomforts and tensions, prepare your body for childbirth, enhance postpartum recovery, and infuse mindfulness into your daily routine. Embrace the strengthening benefits of a yoga flow class and the welcome release of tensions through supported restorative poses. Our focus will be on vital muscle groups, including the pelvic floor, using specific prenatal yoga movements to boost circulation, promoting better sleep at night. Recharge your energy and cultivate contentment and joy by moving your body and connecting with other expecting mothers. All levels and stages of pregnancy are warmly welcomed.
6-week series

Come together with fellow moms and babies for a unique yoga series. You'll seamlessly transition from one pose to another, promoting toning, stretching, and strengthening of your body, with a special focus on relieving tension in your neck and shoulders. Additionally, we'll concentrate on effectively strengthening abdominal and back muscles to alleviate postpartum back pain, all while incorporating movements and songs involving your little ones. This series offers a wonderful opportunity to spend quality bonding time with your baby while connecting with other moms and their little ones. Each week in this progressive series builds upon the previous class, providing a fantastic chance to meet and share experiences with other moms with littles!

Join us for this unique opportunity to experience the Yoga Wall in person. Often described as the mother of all props, the Yoga Wall is an incredible yoga tool that improves alignment, takes you deeper into poses, elongates the spine, re-aligns the pelvis, and releases the hips. Plus the Yoga Wall allows you to invert safely without placing pressure on your neck, shoulders, or wrists. Each week we’ll focus on different areas: the upper back, lower back, neck, shoulders, hips, and pelvis. Yoga sequences and breath work will connect each area of the body with different, subtle body energetics (Chakras and Vayus). Flowing yoga sequences on your mat as well as time on the Yoga Wall will increase your strength and flexibility while connecting your mind, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome.
