Then, lie back and be enveloped by the soothing harmonic sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, calming your mind, balancing your energy, and promoting inner peace. Harmonic Flow Yoga is your sanctuary for letting go, finding balance, and reconnecting with your inner harmony—an ideal way to end your week and month. No prior yoga or sound bath experience required. Ages 15+ welcome. Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for those with hearing aids, pacemakers, during pregnancy, or for those prone to seizures.

If you’ve qualified through a UNAA Area Qualifier, don’t miss your chance to compete in the UNAA Regional Competition, hosted by Free Spirit Yoga Ninja Play—Bend’s premier Ninja Warrior Gym! The Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) is one of the largest and most respected ninja obstacle course racing leagues in the world, and we’re proud to host this Season 10 Regional Qualifier. Divisions range from ages 6 through 40+ (based on your age as of January 1, 2025), giving athletes of all ages a chance to compete. Each age division will kick off with a 30-minute Open Gym session for warm-ups, course exploration, and questions. The top three athletes or top 20% in each division will qualify for the UNAA World Series Championship Finals in Dallas, Texas—the largest ninja obstacle sports event in the world!
