Kids Ninja Competitions at Free Spirit
Free Spirit Ninja Competitions for kids are high energy, confidence building events hosted at every Free Spirit gym and connected to the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA). Your ninjas take on exciting, age appropriate obstacle courses with chances to qualify for UNAA regionals and world finals. While performance and winning matter, every competition is filled with cheers, encouragement, and shared celebration of our supportive ninja community.

Family Friendly Seasonal Events for Kids
Free Spirit holiday celebrations are festive, joy filled events offered at every Free Spirit gym, including Easter Bunny Open Play, Santa Pajama Jam, and halloween Hangout. Kids and families enjoy costumed characters, festive music, hands on crafts, and coach led games throughout the gym. Each celebration blends movement, creativity, and seasonal fun while bringing families together and strengthening connection within the Free Spirit community.

Adult and Family Yoga Events
Adult and family yoga events at Free Spirit create welcoming spaces to move, relax, and connect through shared experiences. Offerings include yoga sound baths, gentle flow and restore sessions, family yoga events, yoga and wine gatherings, and free outdoor yoga events. Hosted at Free Spirit gyms, these seasonal yoga events bring people together through mindful movement, shared energy, and meaningful community experiences,
