KIDS YOGA

Families are invited to join our upbeat Mini Yogi series! Tailored around different themes, each kids yoga class features age-appropriate yoga sequences, engaging games, partner poses, lively songs with movements, interactive story time, and even bubbles! Our holistic approach contributes to children's social, mental, and physical development. Through yoga and movement, parents can discover new ways to connect with their little ones. No prior yoga experience is required. Come and share the joy of yoga with your loved ones!

Join our Kids Yoga series for a fun, enriching experience where movement, mindfulness, and play come together! Led by expert kids’ yoga instructors, these kids yoga classes spark joy and confidence as children explore engaging yoga sequences, partner poses, group games, and calming breathwork. Through creative movement and mindfulness, kids build strength, flexibility, and balance while learning tools to manage emotions, improve focus, and find inner calm. 6-week series

Enroll your tweens in an empowering journey through yoga flow sequences, strengthening and balancing poses, and stress-reducing mindfulness techniques! These kids yoga classes go beyond movement, incorporating journaling and creative mindful art projects with all materials included. Building a strong foundation in yoga and mindfulness equips tweens with lifelong skills—enhancing focus, reducing anxiety, improving body awareness, and refining balance, coordination, and flexibility. This is a chance for tweens to connect with like-minded yogis and embark on a transformative path of well-being and camaraderie.

Age 9 - 13

6-week series

• Enrollment: 6-week series, class meets once a week.
• Participation: Parent/caregiver required for Mini Yogi.
• Drop-off: Required for Kids Yoga and Tween Yoga .
• Siblings: Only enrolled children may take class; others cannot play in the main gym before, during, or after class for free.
• Arrival: Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes early.
• Equipment: Yoga mats are required for all children and adults (available for rent).
• Late Pickup: A $20 aftercare fee per child will be charged for every 10 minutes you are late.
• Behavior: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without a refund for the safety of all children.
• Illness: Please do not have your child attend if they are sick.
• Make-ups: 1 make-up allowed per series, must be used within 30 days; subject to availability. Missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled (email to request).
• Closures: No classes during Thanksgiving week, two weeks of Winter Break, and one week of Spring Break.offer make-ups if space allows.
• Change policy: 14-day email request, no fee, subject to availability.
• Cancellation policy: 14-day email request, you’ll receive your money back minus a $35 cancelation fee, no partial refunds, no transfers.
