Cancellation: No refunds for Ninja Night, email us to reschedule at least 1 day in advance, no make-ups for no shows.
Enrollment: Enroll each child under their own name.
Drop-off: Required, you may stay for a few minutes to help get your child settled.
Siblings: Only enrolled children may use the gym; others cannot play in the gym before, during, or after.
Arrival: Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes early.
Socks: Ninja socks required for all children (available for purchase).
Illness: Stay home if your child is sick.
Late Pickup: A $20 aftercare fee per child will be charged for every 10 minutes you are late.
Behavior: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without a refund for the safety of all ninjas.
Waitlist: If sold out, email us to join the waitlist with the specific date and time at info@freespiritbend.com.
